Michael Rinzler

Michael has spent the last 20 years working for some of the world's best toy companies and has finally achieved his lifelong dream of starting his own venture. Most recently, he was President of CDI, a JAKKS Pacific company with well over $200 million in revenues. He has been fortunate to work with most of the top toy and entertainment brands - Nickelodeon, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Barbie, Hot Wheels, Disney Princess, Disney Fairies...to name a few! Michael obtained his BA from Washington University and his MBA from Wharton.

Jeremy Padawer

Co-President & Partner

Jeremy has enjoyed every day of his over 15 years in toys. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President / General Manager of JAKKS Pacific's core brands and Chief Operating Officer of Pacific Animation Partners, a kid's animated content joint venture between JAKKS Pacific and Dentsu Inc. Throughout Jeremy's career he has worked with some of the world's premier toy and entertainment brands including - WWE, Pokémon, Sponge Bob, Disney Princess, Cabbage Patch Kids, Star Wars, Marvel, He-Man and Hot Wheels. Jeremy received his BA from the University of Texas, JD from University of Tennessee and his MBA from Vanderbilt University.
