Can I purchase products directly from Wicked Cool Toys?

No, we do not carry our products for direct consumer purchase. A list of retailers can be found on each individual product page. If you need further assistance, please fill out the form on our Contact page.

I need a replacement part, what information do you need from me?

When reaching out to us regarding replacement parts, please provide the name of the product, the part needed, your full name, mailing address, proof of purchase, and a contact number that we may use for shipping information purposes.

One of your products is Wicked Cool, but think it could be even better! Can I provide feedback and how do I do so?

I would like to return a product that I purchased - how and where do I do so?

If you are seeking to return a product that you have purchased, return the item to the original retailer it was purchased. We do not have access to purchases made through retailers and, as such, are unable to process a return if one is desired.

I am having difficulties syncing my Android device with Teddy Ruxpin

You may need to adjust the app’s permissions in the Settings Menu.  You can find this by going into your device’s Settings, then going into ‘Apps’. Then, go into your ‘Application Manager’ and select the Teddy Ruxpin app. In the Teddy Ruxpin Application Info menu, select ‘Permissions’. You will need to turn on both ‘Location’ and ‘Storage’ in this menu.

We also recommend resetting your Bluetooth (turning it off, then back on again) for a fresh connection.

ANDROID USERS:

  1. Uninstall then re-install the app
  2. Go to your mobile device’s Settings as seen in this video (note that this was taken on an Android 7.0 device, so your interface may vary): https://youtu.be/8hMXSGwqtqs
  3. Turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile device
  4. Turn on Teddy Ruxpin’s Bluetooth (button on his back, green light should be flashing if Bluetooth is active)
  5. Open the app and choose “Let’s Start Reading” and press his left paw to begin

I can't find Teddy Ruxpin’s eye mask in the package. Where is the mask?

On the back of Teddy Ruxpin’s vest, there is a pocket. Normally, the mask can be found here. If you still find that you are missing the eye mask, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to obtain a replacement.

What stories are available for Teddy Ruxpin at this time?

Teddy Ruxpin comes with three original stories already unlocked with purchase: The Airship, All About Bears, and Captured by Mudblups. There are seven additional books available to purchase and unlock in the Teddy Ruxpin App: The Missing Princess, Teddy Ruxpin’s Birthday, Teddy Ruxpin’s Christmas, Teddy Ruxpin Lullabies, Grubby’s Romance, The Day Teddy Met Grubby, and Wooly & The Wizard.

How much are the additional stories for Teddy Ruxpin?

The Teddy Ruxpin stories are available for both individual and bundled purchase in the Teddy Ruxpin App. Stories are $4.99 / each if purchased individually. The two bundles available are the 5 Story Bundle for $19.95 and the 7 Story Bundle at $24.99.

If I unlock stories on Teddy Ruxpin using one device, will I still have those stories if I sync Teddy to a different device?

Yes. As story information is stored within Teddy Ruxpin himself, any stories that are unlocked for your Teddy Ruxpin will be available on any device he is synced with.

Is Teddy able to be synced with multiple devices?

We are happy to share that Teddy Ruxpin can indeed be synced with multiple devices, but not simultaneously. For instance, if a parent synced Teddy with the app on their own device, but then wished to sync Teddy to their child’s device, they would simply need to turn off the app on their own device and turn on the app on the child’s device and pair Teddy with that device. Teddy is reliant on the Teddy Ruxpin app to be paired with devices. If the app is not actively paired with Teddy, Teddy will not be synced with a device.

Does Teddy Ruxpin come in multiple languages?

At this time, Teddy Ruxpin is only available in English.

I have an older Cabbage Patch Kid. Can you give me an idea of its value?

While we are the current manufacturers for Cabbage Patch Kids, we are unable to provide information on valuing older Cabbage Patch Kids or Cabbage Patch Kids products from previous manufacturers.

Do I need a key to play with my Adoptimal?

By itself, an Adoptimal’s heart can be pushed to hear 3 different sounds befitting of each character. The dog varieties bark, the cat varieties meow and all Adoptimals come with an additional brush and bowl for extended play. The key that comes with Cabbage Patch 14” Kids is not needed for play but acts as a special feature, unlocking a special sound and light-up feature.

Do keys come with Adoptimals?

Cabbage Patch 14” Kids come with special keys that can be used with Adoptimals. Adoptimals do not come with a key, as is indicated on their packaging.

I'm having difficulties syncing my Baby So Real

When you open your updated Baby So Real application, at the bottom of the screen you will find a notice labeled “Attention”. Follow this to download the “Firmware Update” and follow the directions it provides. Please note, this is a separate updating process from the app’s regular update and is specifically for syncing with Baby So Real.

The update is complete once you have reached the step to remove and reinsert Baby So Real’s batteries. You will need to completely close the Firmware Update App and reopen the Baby So Real App to begin play.

Baby So Real’s eyes have lines in them, appear to have glitches, and/or is frozen

We first recommend fresh batteries inside of your Baby So Real, though, normally, turning your Baby So Real OFF and then back ON should clear any eye issues that may occur. Similar to other digital devices it is sometimes necessary to preform a soft restart to correct an issue.

If your Baby So Real is still having issues despite turning her off and back on, it may be necessary to preform a hard restart to correct the issue. Our recommended instructions for the hard restart are as follows: turning your Baby So Real OFF, removing the battery door, removing a single battery from the compartment (not all of them) and then placing the battery back in. Once this is done please make sure to secure the battery door and turn your baby back ON. As Baby So Real is designed and built to function as a “smart toy”, clearing an error is very much like clearing an error on a computer or tablet, sometimes a hard restart is necessary.

My Baby So Real's bottle doesn't seem to be working

You may not be fully pressing the feeding sensor when Baby So Real is fed with her bottle. Baby So Real will make drinking noises when the sensor is activated. The feeding sensor button for Baby So Real’s bottle is located in the far back of her mouth. There are times when the bottle may need to be pressed more firmly to hit the sensor in the back of the mouth. However, you can check to ensure the sensor is working either with a similarly shaped bottle or (if another bottle is not available) by pressing the sensor in the back of the mouth with your finger.
